While cleaning the pastry case, it seems that the sliding attachment for the board fell out but the screws are missing... it is still a bit functional but it definitely needs some maintenance and fixing. It also is difficult to slide the board in and out so I would definitely put this fix as a high priority.
The left group head has been channeling a lot more frequently. Even though the process is done carefully, it will start channeling. Also the middle group head makes a noise while espresso is getting extracted. Would like for the espresso machine to be inspected to make sure that everything is okay and doesn’t break down.

Not enough water filling up in the toilet, so customers cannot flush properly. It will refill after a while but not reliable. Noticed that it won't fill for a while but then just randomly start filling up with water again. Inconsistent
The ice machine is on but the frequency of making ice is too slow, ran out of ice around 1PM on Monday.

Maintenance on the espresso machine, the buttons have become hard to press and are interrupting the flow of service, as it takes a lot more effort to operate that grouphead.
The top part of the matcha fridge is working properly but the bottom fridge is not working. The bottom part of the fridge is warmer than the top part so had to take out all the items that were inside.

The Air conditioner unit for Gardena has not been helping much in the store. On Saturday and Sunday, we set the AC to 63 degrees, but the store still reached 76 degrees. The air conditioner unit does work a lot, but I wanted to get an inspection to see if we need a new one or if something is preventing it from working properly.
Toilet water is not refilling consistently, sometimes not at all and customers have been notifying us that the toilet does not flush.

Similar to Gardena, Koreatown grinders have also been overheating. This is causing discrepancy in shot quality throughout the day, especially on the weekends when it’s consistently busy. Not sure how this can be solved - new grinder? new fan? But wanted to make the work order to give you a heads up!!
The pitcher rinser doesn't work consistently. Sometimes when we apply pressure to the rinser, it does not spray water.
The solution dispenser for the mop has to be moved, and I wanted to ask when the person who can fix that will come. People have been accidentally hitting the fridge and turning it on, so it would be nice if we could get this fixed as soon as possible.

Green mixer in Ktown is not turning on. Plug was plugged and unplugged multiple times. we allowed it to rest. Changed the receptacle but still doesnt turn on. Was working in the morning.
